Adamawa deputy Gov, Prof Kaletpwa Farauta commissioning the new hosted built by Adamawa State government in Nigeria law school on Friday

The Deputy Governor of Adamawa State, Professor Kaletapwa George Farauta, has commissioned an 80-bed capacity hostel at the Nigerian Law School, Yola Campus.

The project, constructed by the Adamawa State Government, is aimed at improving accommodation and creating a more conducive learning environment for students of the institution.

Commissioning the facility on Friday, Farauta reiterated the state government’s support for the school to ensure the optimal training of lawyers at the campus.

She also restated the government’s commitment to extending developmental projects to Federal Government establishments located in the state.

According to her, the initiative reflects the government’s determination to drive development and provide infrastructure that benefits citizens.

Farauta also called on the management and students of the institution to ensure proper maintenance of the facility so it can serve its purpose for a long time.

Speaking at the event, the Adamawa State Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Abdullahi Prambe, said each block of the hostel contains ten rooms designed to accommodate two to three students.

Earlier in his welcome address, the Deputy Director-General of the Nigerian Law School, Yola Campus, Barrister Rilwanu Salmanu Muhammed, commended the Adamawa State Government for its support to the institution.He said the intervention has helped reshape and improve infrastructure at the campus.
