Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has felicitated Yarry Kumchi, Lead Focal Person of the Youth Agricultural Empowerment Programme, on his birthday.
In a statement signed by the Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere, Mutfwang described Kumchi as a public servant, entrepreneur and political strategist whose work has supported initiatives of the administration.
The governor said Kumchi’s involvement had contributed to initiatives focused on youth empowerment, economic opportunities and sustainable development in Plateau State.
He also acknowledged Kumchi’s efforts towards the preservation and promotion of the state’s cultural heritage.
Mutfwang urged him to remain committed to initiatives that support young people and promote peace, security and development in the state.
The governor described Kumchi as a “patriotic son of Plateau” and said he embodied values including peace, unity, tolerance, justice, compassion and empathy.
Mutfwang, on behalf of his family, the state government and the people of Plateau State, wished Kumchi a happy birthday and prayed for his continued good health, wisdom, strength and many more years of service to humanity.
